How to get the best out of your anti-wrinkle treatments?

Avoid alcohol 48 hours prior. Avoid aspirin, or anti-inflammatory medications for 24-48 hours to minimise bruising unless prescribed.
Stay hydrated and eat a light meal before your appointment.
Let your practitioner know about any medications, supplements, or recent procedures.
Please consider any upcoming events as full results will take 2 weeks.

Try and attend without makeup.
You can expect minor pinches from the small injections.
You can also expect small lumps/swelling at the injection site which typically settle by the end of the day.

Avoid makeup, alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
Skip heat treatments like sauna’s or sunbeds for 48 hours.
Avoid laser, chemical peels, facials and face massages for 2 weeks post treatment.
Sit up right for 3 hours post treatment.
